tuccibrown shipping:

All orders shipped by tuccibrown will be done so with either Australia Post and E-go for non bulky items or Multiple other shipping partners for bulk items such as Furniture or Fragile Artwork.
Once we receive your order, it will be processed within the first 2 business days. You will receive a confirmation e-mail when your order has been shipped and provide you with a tracking number.

 *Non Bulky items are considered items less than 5kgs.

Some items may be shipped to you directly from the brands or suppliers and transition time may vary.

Bulky items - Products such as bulk furniture orders will be quoted and confirmed with the purchaser prior to fulfilling the items.

Individual seller shipping is listed in the individual product listing. Most sellers provide shipping within 5 business days unless the item is custom made. Custom made product shipping times may vary. Tracking numbers for your order will be provided to you for your reference. Most orders are handled and shipped by individual sellers not tuccibrown.

returns:

All returns must be approved by tuccibrown before arrival to tuccibrown and be accompanied by a proof of purchase and a description detailing the reason for return. tuccibrown is under obligation to adhere to all Australian Consumer Laws applicable,  and will action any returns including refunds, or exchanges of goods accordingly. 

Please choose carefully when purchasing as returns due to a change of mind are not accepted. The return of Damaged Goods is assessed on a case by case basis, and shall be approved based on definitions of damaged or faulty goods outlined by Australian Consumer Law. In the event of damaged/faulty product, customers should immediately contact tuccibrown for further instructions.

In some instances, returns may be sent direct to the Australian Importer/Distributer of the product for replacement or repair at the discretion of tuccibrown.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
